Automations

When the card moves, the busywork should too.

Trigger on a list move, a new card in a list, a label, or a completed due date. Then mark due complete, add a label, comment, archive, email someone, or set a due date. Free covers the simple board rules. Pro unlocks scheduled runs, every-card rules, and richer conditions.

Comment on the work. Mention a teammate. Watch a card. Notifications land in the workspace, not a side channel.

Command palette

Open it from the keyboard and jump to Home, a board, inbox, or a card. Search across cards is on Pro.

Custom fields

Text, number, date, checkbox, and dropdown — defined once for the workspace, edited inline in table view. Pro and Business.

Starred boards

Pin the boards you live in. They show up on Home and the boards grid so you stop hunting through the workspace.

Archive

Lists and cards can leave the board without being deleted. Bring them back when the work returns.

Activity

Moves, comments, labels, and due dates write a trail on the card and on Home. The board remembers who changed what.
