Refund Policy

Task Collaboration (“Task Collaboration,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sells subscription access to the Service at taskcollaboration.com. Billing is processed by Stripe. Questions: hello@taskcollaboration.com.

Free workspaces have no subscription charge. Pro and Business plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices and plan limits are shown in the product at checkout.

You can cancel a paid plan from workspace billing using the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, unless Stripe or the product states otherwise.

Unless Florida law or other applicable law requires otherwise, paid subscription fees are non-refundable, including for unused time in a billing period, downgrades, or unused seats, boards, or storage.

If we charge you in error, or if we are required to refund you under Florida or other applicable law, contact hello@taskcollaboration.com. We may refund or credit at our discretion where a charge was duplicated or clearly unauthorized.

Fees are exclusive of taxes unless noted. You are responsible for taxes that apply to your purchase. Stripe may collect tax where it is required to do so.

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue is as stated in the Terms.
